What Armoured Pest Control Guarantees
Our Commitment to Honest Pest Control
We would rather be straight with you than promise something we cannot control. Here is exactly what is covered, and what is not.
Insect Treatments
If insect activity continues after a treatment, we return and re-treat at no additional charge. Tell us what you are still seeing and we will book the touch-up.Rodent Work
We do not offer a blanket warranty on rodent work, and we will tell you that up front. We cannot stop a rodent from coming through an open door, and we cannot stop one from chewing a new hole beside one we sealed. What we do commit to is stopping the current activity, sealing the access points we identify, and remaining available to you afterwards by phone or email.Strata and Commercial
Property managers and strata councils get three firm commitments: a response within 48 hours, bait stations rebaited to maximum capacity, and a written report after every visit we make to the property.Rodent Shield Plan
Rodent Shield includes guaranteed monthly rebaiting for up to three bait stations. Homes larger than 2,500 sq ft can book a free estimate.Pricing
We quote before we book, using starting-at rates. On the large majority of jobs the quoted price is exactly what you pay. Larger properties, generally in the 5,000 to 6,000 sq ft range, may need an adjusted quote, and we have that conversation with you before any work is carried out.Honest advice, transparent pricing, and dependable service—that's our commitment.
